Jamia Markazud Durus Al Islamia. A Qawmi Madrasa was established in the month of Ramadan 2020 by the hands of the famous Islamic scholar Mufti Abul Hasan Shamsabadi, the founding editor of the monthly Adarsh Nari. The educational institution’s journey began that year with a 25-day online Quran education course during Ramadan. Outbreaks appear to be exacerbated during this time. The educational institutions were Abandoned, Desolated. The mosques were devoid of worshipers, locked. We had to follow the rules of hygiene and keep our distance everywhere. Public gatherings or gatherings were forbidden. Businesses had to close in the evening. During that unfavorable time, the Markaz tried to launch an online study system at home to keep pace with the times. During that difficult time, a group of young students became our companions. That journey has started online and is still going on, Alhamdulillah.

In the academic year 2020-21, Markaz launches the Takhassus fil fiqh wal Ifta Course for those who are completed Daoraye Hadis and are interested in acquiring fiqh knowledge. The Markaz also launches its Ilme Deen Course for general educated people, those who did not know how to read Qur’an or decided to acquire religious knowledge.

The reason for launching Ifta online without launching offline is that many students, including Maulana Yahya Ibn Ruhul Kist, an expatriate from Medina, have been looking for a reliable Ifta department for a long time. At that time all Ifta divisions of Bangladesh including Saudi were closed due to Corona. As a result, they repeatedly appealed to us to start the course. Since they were scattered in different countries and districts, they couldn’t leave their homes or workplaces and come to madrasas for residential studies. Again, due to Corona, it was not possible to open a madrasa in the residential system, so we started the Markazud Durus online ifta department to continue the practice of Nawabi Ilam and religious Ilam and to keep the students and.

Initially, as a teacher, 5 scholars started serving us in Marqa:

Mufti Abul Hasan Shamsabadi, Mufti Saeed Al Hasan, Mufti Abdur Rahman Fayaz, Mufti Ubaydur Rahman Hammad, Mufti Luqman Hakim and others.

Later 3 more people joined, Mufti Arif Jabbar Kasemi, Mufti Aminur Rashid Mamnoon, Mufti Kamrul Hasan, and others.

The 1st and 2nd year of Markaz has come to a successful end due to the tireless work of Asatiyya Kiram from the beginning and the grace of Allah being with us. At present, it has reached its 3rd year in Markaz.

From the beginning, we have been trying to eradicate the prejudice that people have towards online madrasas, especially towards Iftar. Markazud Durus is not like other traditional offline iftars. We keep Dars running all year round except on certain days of the week and public holidays. Kiram Dars does not work in any Asatija of Markaz. Every day we take student attendance and award prizes based on attendance throughout the year. Although the exam is online, we provide the number by looking at the exam book by hand. I take 3 exams throughout the year. Certificates and mark sheets are suspended if the results of the annual examination are not as expected. We do not give certificates in exchange for money. Let’s evaluate the only qualification. We are also very serious about doing regular mutalaa and tamrin. Throughout the year, we have a separate Ustaz only for fatwas in Tamarin. Although online, we teach with more importance than offline.

Gradually we have been planning to open Takhasussat sections on Tafsir, Adab, etc. besides Darse Neyami. God bless you.

Since the establishment of Markazud Durus, the Muslim community has been actively involved in the pure teaching of the Qur’an and Sunnah, the widespread propagation of Islamic Tahajib-Tamaddun, and the propagation of the creed of Ahlus-Sunnah wal Jamaat, the preservation of the correct history, tradition and values of Islam.

After receiving higher education from Jamia every year, a large number of students would acquire mastery and deep knowledge of Islamic jurisprudence.
